Two years ago I was at home during my Christmas vacation and
I was upstairs in my loft watching television and I was going through Netflix trying
to find a show I can “get into”. I seriously have an issue with watching
sitcoms. I get so attached to them that I watch them until I have watched every
single episode. I won’t even mention all
of the entire shows I have watched, countless hours wasted.
Well that December I started watching Gossip Girl. I was so obsessed
with that show from episode one. I
watched every minute I could. I’d be doing my hair and I’d have the show
playing on the I pad, I would be in bed and I’d be watching it on my phone
(thanks Netflix). I don’t know why I loved that show so much I am nothing close
to an "upper eastsider" maybe I was fascinated by the extravagant lives they
lived but regardless of what it was I was hooked.
This look totally
reminds me of something from Gossip Girl. The school girl skirt with the knee
socks and the coat, I guess. It would be
a look that is a mix of Blair & Serena if I had to decide. What TV shows do you watch? Do you ever get
inspired?
