The look for less: Pointed-Toe T-Strap Heels

So you guys have to know that when I spot a look for less I try and share it with you ASAP. Last night I was on twitter (@eelsayp) and someone tweeted a picture of these Nine West Pointed-Toe T-Strap heels. Little did she know that I had been looking for a pair that would fit my budget. I first became obsessed with the J.crew pair but the $268 price tag was way too much for me. I just find these shoes sophisticated yet fun enough to wear to the office for a classy look. I've mentioned before I don’t really wear heels to work unless I’m in the mood which is hardly but I wouldn't mind wearing these. What do you guys think? Which color would you suggest?

Instant Outfit

Fall is finally here! I love fall it has to be my favorite season. I love the clothes, the colors, and the weather. I absolutely love thanksgiving and all the food that comes this season, especially the salted caramel frapp from Starbucks. However there is one huge draw back to the cold weather for me… I get so lazy. It is so hard for me to get out of bed when it is so gloomy outside, I can sometimes get in a fashion rut. When I get into one of these moods and don’t feel like getting dresses I always count on a jacket to save my look. A good jacket can be thrown over your favorite jeans and instantly make you look polished. Here are a few picks that I love, do you have a go to style savor? If so what is it?

Let's talk Geometry

Typically I never want to talk geometry but when it comes to fashion count me in for a group discussion. I love these printed pants from H&M the geometric shapes are fun, chic & edgy and make for a great outfit when paired with another pattern. I wore this outfit for an event they had in San Francisco’s Westfield Shopping Center that I attended with my sisters. What do you guys think of this trend?

Normalmente no quiero hablar de geometría, pero cuando se trata de moda cuenten  conmigo para un discusión. Me encantan estos pantalones impresos de H & M de las formas geométricas son divertidos, elegante y hacen para  un gran look si se combina con otro diseño. Me puse este traje para un evento que tenían en Westfield Center de San Francisco. ¿Qué piensan ustedes de esta tendencia?

This particular look is made up of a few very classic versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched with many other garments to create an entire different look. The looks will always have a modern aesthetic because the pieces are updated classic items.

P.s I love the details on the shoulder of the top, its zippers lined with orange trimming.

Long Beach Aquarium

Sometimes we have to be spontaneous and do things that make us happy, even if it means driving to LA unplanned on a Friday night ( I live 5 hours away).  That’s exactly what I did. I packed our bags and  went on  a road trip to Pasadena with my son to visit my aunt. I had been meaning to go all summer but never did so finally just did it. We visited the Long Beach Aquarium and had a really fun time. I wore something comfy but with some vibrant accessories. 

P.s I got this chevron striped dress from Target for like $8!
