Hey gals! This is one outfit that I am really proud of because of what it cost me! Like a lot of average twenty-something year old girls I don’t have a ton of cash to shelling out on trendy clothes, not to mention I have a five year old son and he’s expensive. Needless to say I like to find deals and steals and this particular outfit all together cost me around $65 for the entire outfit along with shoes and accessories! I love that all the pieces are very versatile and can be worn in different ways to create different looks.  What do you guys think?

Estoy muy orgullosa de este traje porque me costó todo alrededor de $65! igual que muchas muchachas de veintitantos años de edad  no tengo un montón de dinero para gastar en la ropa de moda y también tengo un hijo de cinco años y es caro. Huelga decir que me gusta encontrar ofertas y como les dije este traje en particular todo junto me costó alrededor de $ 65 junto con los zapatos y los accesorios! Me encanta que todas las piezas son muy versátiles y se pueden usar de diferentes maneras para crear diferentes looks. ¿Qué piensan ustedes?

The Look For Less

Let me start by saying that I had never been a fan of Kohl’s department store until recently. I had never shopped there until I started looking into the Jennifer Lopez’s line. Once I discovered all the other fabulous stuff they sell I became a huge fan & like with everything else I find I became avid Kohl’s shopper especially when they have their Kohl’s Cash promotions. Well thanks to The Budget Babe I must go back soon. She found a great dupe of the very popular Sam Edelman “Lorissa” pumps at Kohl’s for a very small fraction of the original price. They are these Simply Vera Vera Wang pumps that have the same design with the peep toe, studs and snake print. I have been lusting over the “Lorissa” pumps for a while but because of the price I’ve lusted only from my computer screen but now I can finally get something similar. I just ordered them I will tell you how they feel and look as soon as I get them, I am excited! What do you guys think?

Permítanme comenzar diciendo que nunca había sido un fan de la tienda Kohl’s  hasta hace poco. Nunca había ido de compras allí hasta que me puse a buscar  la línea de Jennifer Lopez. Ya que descubrí todas las otras cosas fabulosas que venden me convertí en una fanática igual como con todo  lo demás me convirti en compradora ávida de Kohl’s sobre todo cuando tienen sus promociones de Kohl’s Cash.Bueno, gracias a The Budget Babe, ella encontró unos zapatos casi igual a los muy popular Sam Edelman Lorissa  pumps en la Kohl’s por una fracción muy pequeña del precio original. Son estos de Simply Vera Vera Wang tienen el mismo diseño con el peep toe, los espárragos y de impresión serpiente. He estado deseando  los Lorissa Pumps desde hace mucho tiempo, pero por el precio he deseado sólo desde la pantalla de mi computadora, pero ahora por fin puedo conseguir algo similar. Ya  los ordene ya que llegen les dire  cómo se sienten y comos se ven.Estoy emocionada! ¿Qué piensan ustedes?

Just keeping you posted

Hey everyone please excuse my lack of posts. I’m sure you have all heard the expression “When it rains it pours”. Well this was totally my case. I got sick two weeks ago and from there continued to get worse and worse so I have literally been down and out for almost three weeks. I’m glad to be feeling better and back at work (I never thought I'd say that) I did kind of have a realization from this and that is that I need to take better care of my body, so it can take care of meJ well with that said I’m excited to share some awesome news with you guys. In approximately 19 days I will be in New York City celebrating my older sister’s 30^th birthday along with my other sister. I am so excited since I have never been and I'm looking forward to seeing the most I can and just being inspired by all the sights. The best part is I will be sharing an amazing experience with my two sisters who I love dearly. Have any of you ever been to NYC? Any tips or advice??

You never know...

Sometimes you have to be prepared for anything, you never know who you might see.  I've learned that  the hard way. Have you ever gone somewhere looking... well not your best and you happen to run into that one person that made you wish you could immediately become invisible? It's happened to me and let me be honest IT SUCKS! To prevent that from happening I try to plan ahead and if I'm going somewhere after work. I grab a couple key pieces of clothing or accessories to make my outfit look more polished for outside the office. In the 1st Picture below I'm showing you guys what I wore to work that day which is comfy and cute i like to stick to comfy for work. Then i just made some quick changes and took it from day to night. Okay I'm ready to have some some drinks with my girls now!

A veces hay que estar preparados para todo, nunca se sabe quién puede ver. He aprendido esa lección de la manera difícil. ¿Alguna vez has salido no mirando te tu mejor ... bueno, no lo mejor posible y resulta que llegas a ver esa persona que te hace sentir que  deses, de inmediato convertirte invisible? Nos ha pasado,a todos. Para evitar que eso suceda trato de planificar y si voy a algún lugar después del trabajo agarro un par de piezas clave de la ropa o los accesorios para hacer que mi ropa tenga un aspecto más pulido para fuera de la oficina. En la primera imagen a continuación voy a enseñar lo que me puse a trabajar ese día, que es cómodo y lindo me gusta estar cómoda para el trabajo. Entonces hice algunos cambios rápidos y se lo llevó de día a noche imediatamente . Ya estoy lista para tomar unas copas con las chicas!
